How we are qualified
We came up on your side of the business.
We are not a shopper panel. The people who design and review an Insightful Aruba evaluation came up through hospitality: food and beverage, operations, and integrated resort properties, where the standard is written down and enforced.
That means we have sat where you sit. We have been measured against brand standards and had to close the gaps ourselves. We have commissioned mystery shops out of our own departmental budgets, read what came back, and had to do something about it. We have carried results up to Regional and been asked to explain them.
It is why our reports are built the way they are. A report that only tells you what went wrong creates work. What an operator actually needs is the evidence, the arithmetic behind every figure, and enough detail to act on Monday morning without first having to argue about whether the finding is real.
We recruit, train and manage the evaluators who conduct the visits, and we decide what they are looking for before they walk in. The visit is theirs. The standard, the scoring and the report are ours.
Why we do not publish names
Anonymity is not evasion. It is the condition that makes the work valid.
An evaluation is only worth reading if the person who conducted it was indistinguishable from a real guest. Aruba is a small market. One recognised face does not just end that assignment, it compromises every visit after it, because your team now knows who to look for.
So we do not publish who we are, and we do not disclose it to clients. That is the standard wherever this work is done seriously, and it is the same reason we will never confirm a visit date in advance.
What you can see is the work. A full specimen report is published on this site, readable before you engage us and without asking anyone’s permission. It shows the scoring reproduced rather than judged, receipts re-added with the arithmetic left visible, timings taken on site rather than reconstructed afterwards, and the places where we state plainly that something could not be established. Judge us on that. It is a better test than a résumé, because you can check it yourself.
