The identity of our consultants is never disclosed, to your staff or to you, ensuring complete objectivity on every shop.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK
Once your intake form is submitted and your engagement is confirmed, we handle everything. You do not need to coordinate a thing.
You give us a three-week window and we choose the exact date inside it ourselves. You are never told which day, and neither is anyone at the property. If the date were known in advance the shift could be staffed differently, the room could be prepared, and you would be paying us to evaluate a performance rather than an operation. The window is what makes the result worth having.
From there we manage all logistics on our end: reservations for dining, spa, and any relevant outlet, shopper deployment, discreet photo documentation throughout the visit, and full report preparation.
Because a credible shop requires our consultant to spend as a real guest would, out-of-pocket expenses during the visit (such as dining, accommodation, and activities) are billed at actual cost and never marked up. Nothing is charged when you book: we confirm scope first, then send your quote and agreement, and your professional fee is invoiced after the visit. Hotel evaluations carry an engagement retainer covering the stay, payable before we reserve anything, because we book the room as an ordinary guest rather than through the property. You will receive an itemized summary of all charges alongside your report.
Your completed report arrives within 72 hours of the visit, and often sooner. Because the evaluation is captured on site and the analysis runs from that capture, you are reading findings while the shift that produced them is still fresh.

Scoring is reproduced, not judged. Rated items and pass-fail standards convert on a fixed scale, unanswered and not-applicable items are excluded rather than guessed, and the index is an unweighted average of category scores. The same visit always produces the same number, and you can recompute it from the detail we publish.
Benchmarks are cited or declared absent. Where published guidance exists for an interval we cite it with its source and year. Where none was located, the report says exactly that. An uncited interval never contributes to a reported delay, so we cannot imply a standard we are unable to produce.
Contradictions are disclosed, not tidied away. If an evaluator records a standard as met while describing the opposite, both appear in your report. What was recorded on site is never revised to make a document read more cleanly.
Local practice is checked before anything is called a fault. Aruba prohibits showing BBO, BAVP and BAZV separately on a domestic receipt, and prices are tax inclusive. A receipt with no tax line is correct. A report that flags correct practice as a defect is worse than one that says nothing at all.
Your report runs to sixteen sections, from the executive summary and your own stated priorities through settlement analysis, service timing, risk assessment, findings and the evaluator narrative, to exhibits and a signed attestation. Engagements are scoped at one of three levels: findings only, findings with advisory commentary, or a litigation-grade record that reports what was observed without characterizing intent. A note on anonymity: Our consultants maintain full anonymity throughout every engagement at every tier. You will never know who walked through your door. That is precisely the point. Photography is limited to product and facility, and no staff member or guest is ever photographed.

Captured, not remembered. Timings are recorded by tap at the moment each thing happens, on site. Nothing is reconstructed afterwards from memory. If an interval was not timed it is not reported, and no interval is ever estimated to fill a gap.
Every figure recomputed and shown. Receipts are transcribed line by line and re-added. Where the arithmetic disagrees with the printed total, the recomputation appears in your report so you can check it yourself. We do not write “verified” or “confirmed” beside a number unless the working sits next to it.
